Twilight Cage Pirate Leader Render

Here's a Sonic character so obscure he doesn't even have a name... I've  just been calling him "Rah the Pirate"
I'm a little late for Pirate-Day but i've been wanting to do this for a while so I said: "whatever, lets do this."

He's from Sonic Chronicles, he only shows up for a bit but he at least has dialogue where he talks in a very pirate like way
